Lina grew up in Fukien in southern China. She has been a good dancer since early school years, and dancing was part of her life when she was young. She moved to Hong Kong at the age of eighteen, married Graham at her early twenties and has two sons. The family emmigrated to New Zealand for six years and there, she cultivated her interest in Line Dancing.

Upon her return to Hong Kong in early 1998, Lina introduced Line Dancing ( ) to the city. The Hong Kong community responded with great enthusiasm. Currently, Lina is running a busy schedule of 14 dancing classes weekly with the assistance of Ms. P.W Tsang. She teaches all levels of line dancing. Through the span of more than three years, one hundred line dances have been taught.


Lina is a much revered teacher of over 300 students. Together with the students, she is dedicated in promoting line dancing in the locality. The group has been interviewed by two major Hong Kong television stations, frequently gives performances in charitable organizations, educational institutions, sports, arts and festive gatherings as well as government sponsored programs.

To enhance the students’ dancing experience, parties and workshops conducted by renowned overseas instructors are organized periodically.
