Bob and Trish came to CW dancing by way of square dancing. They went with some friends to a square dancing class where line-dancing was done during the breaks. After seeing Tush Push and Achy Breaky Heart, they were hooked - and the rest is history. After their teachers, Debbie and Craig Rice, decided to retire from teaching, Trish took over the class. They now teach three nights a week in addition to teaching at dance festivals and guest teaching at various local dance clubs.
Their line-dancing classes include "absolute" beginners, beginners,
easy intermediate, and intermediate/advanced in addition to beginners couples
dancing where they teach two-step, waltz, west-coast swing and patterned partner
dances.
You can dance with them as the following locations:
<> Campbell Community Center - Mondays
<> Cupertino High School - Tuesdays
<> Los Gatos Jewish Community Center - Wednesdays

Over the last 5 years they have been instructors at various dance festivals
including the following: Mother Lode Dance Festival, Bonanza Bash, Cool Country,
Red Hot Kickin’ Country, Twin Cities Dance Festival, The Golden Gate Classic,
and Pismo Western Days.

They have also both individually and together choreographed 17 dances, three
of which have placed at various competitions. The first was "Baby, I’m
Ready" (co-choreographed with Veda Holder) that won first place at Desert
Sands Dance Festival in 1997. Then Trish won first place at Bonanza Bash I with
her dance "My Home". Bob’s dance, "42nd Street"
was a finalist at Desert Sands Dance Festival in 2000 and tied for fourth place
at Bonanza Bash III.
